New year, new beginnings!
Winter: Finish development of Energy Payables initial release
We are waiting for a significant development step forward before we book further focus group meetings. This means building the majority of the specifications discussed last year. That being said, you'll see screen shots of our progress in the newsletters while we are building.
Late winter - early spring: Walk-throughs and API / integration testing
As we near completion, we will be inviting our focus group members to start testing API integration points in a staging (test data) version of the product. This secured staging environment will also be available to the focus group for early reviews of screens / click testing / reality checking.
If you are interested in talking more about this, please reach out to us.
Mid-late spring: Begin field trials
This is a critical step. For all the feedback we receive from demos, and for all the testing we do internally we still cannot predict 100% how our product will behave in a production environment. Opening up a software product to an early customer base typically results in bright lights being shone on deficiencies ("We need _______ to do our job!"). Our tech team will be rested and ready to jump on the creation or modification of any function that our early adopters deem required and / or insufficient.

Mid-late summer: Energy Payables general availability
General availability means we are open for business! Producer and Mid-stream companies will be able to invite their vendors to start sending tickets and invoices through the industry's new high tech, realistically priced portal!
